Another new beginning will afford us opportunity to set our house in order. When we tell this world good-by and homeward fly, we will have nothing left to resolve. When the righteous meet in the sky and go to that far away city where no one dies, there will be no fear, even for a raw country boy. Onward and upward we go.

It has been said that there is no more subtle danger than Satan’s bait of ‘good enough’. Christians who have taken the bait have no foresight or zeal! They have become pacified in their attitude toward the mission and work of the local church.

Beginning January 2nd 2011 we will now begin our Sunday morning Bible Classes at 9:30am and Worship at 10:30am.  Please make your plans to be with us s?oon.

Every congregation needs good leadership and Joshua serves as a role model. He serves as an example of what we should look for in our leaders. We will consider some qualities of Joshua.

I can still hear Joshua say, “Choose this day who you will serve.” Can you?

The tragedy of our country came about when homes no longer had front porches where endless stories and lives were shared. We just don’t have time any more. And that is where we began with washing dishes.
